Refund policy

Stocked Items:
All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery. Returned items must be free from wear, stains, odors or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new. Items must be returned in original packaging with all tags still attached. Any items that are not in the condition mentioned above, will be sent back to you at your expense unless we have agreed otherwise. Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns that are initiated after 15 days of delivery. To initiate your return, please contact us at contactus@heselofficial.com.

Pre-orders:
You're welcome to request a refund anytime before the pre-order window closes. After that, refunds won't be available. However, if your item has a manufacturer defect, we're happy to offer an exchange within 15 days of delivery.
